There are many many stories that was shared from those who survived the atomic blast.
This bonsai is also one of the story that survived Hiroshima atomic bomb.
This is now displayed at U.S. National Arboretum’s Bonsai and Penjing Museum, in Washington D.C. because in 1976 it is presented as a gift from japanese bonsai master Masaru Yamaki. Moreover this tree wasn’t known until when Yamaki’s grandsons revealed the story that it survived Hiroshima Atomic Blast.
